Maia helps clients embrace change and harness the benefits of transformational technologies.
We are about to see the biggest transformation in the way that we work that we have ever known. AI will render somewhere between 30-60% of jobs redundant and create new jobs that require an entirely different skill set. For the first time, remote and hybrid teams will span six generations working side by side.
For organisations like yours, the business case is too compelling to not attempt radical transformation, yet change is 20% tech and 80% people – without a cultural foundation where people can embrace change, progress will be slow, people will resist, and organisations will fail.
Our mission is to create coaching cultures of continuous learning in which talent thrives, driving adoption of technologies and fostering innovation, adaptability, and sustainable growth.

"What began as an experiment to try to fix the broken rung in leadership has grown into something bigger: a movement to help organisations and their people thrive in the biggest transformation of work we've ever known."

We practice what we preach and co-create our programmes with clients to deliver tailored reskilling solutions. As the market and our clients’ needs evolve, so do we. With five years’ of execution experience, we’ve iterated our coaching solutions to meet client needs in real-time. We not only design, we implement and administer our programmes, incorporating our clients’ strategic objectives and metrics.
We’re disrupting legacy leadership development, reskilling and employee engagement solutions to harness the power of human led change and adaptation. By incorporating new technologies and embracing the changes coming for coaching and reskilling, we deliver the very best outcome for clients looking to build and nurture collaborative and inclusive cultures.
We approach all client challenges and opportunities with curiosity and empathy. While there are many change management use cases out there, we don’t apply the same ‘one size fits all’ approach, unlike other consultancies. We engage deeply with clients to understand how we can best support them in adapting to be the most competitive, engaged organisations in their field.
